Nursery and Pre-Kindergarten
Needed are teachers and assistants for these age groups. Lesson Plans for these two age groups have been written right here at Christ the King. Lessons are written out word-for-word, they are easy to present and no preparation is required - just your prayers for the Lord’s guidance as you reach out to these little ones.
Please consider teaching this age group about how much Jesus Loves them; it is guaranteed to be rewarding.
Kindergarten and First Grades
Needed are Shepherds and assistants to lead these two age groups through a rotation station each Sunday. You could be going to Bible Buzz, Creation Station, Tent Tales, Solid Rock Café, Kings Olympics, or Holy Word Cinema.
The lessons have been written here at Christ the King. To make the stations easy to present they are written word-for-word. There are four “sessions” for the year. Before each session begins you will receive a preview of the next story and station activities.
Shepherds and assistants assist with the Christmas program and rehearsals.
Come and enjoy this rotation experience in our decorated rooms displaying the “days of creation.” You will have a B.L.A.S.T. with the kids as you embrace Gods Love together.
B.L.A.S.T. Rotational Sunday School
Second-Fifth grades
A couple of FANTASTIC FACTS about Rotational
style Sunday School.
**We start each Sunday by worshiping through song.
**Each Sunday is a new station; neither the kids nor the shepherds know where they are going until they arrive.
**We assemble each Sunday as a large group and start with welcome, song and prayer.
**The kids are grouped second and third grades mixed and fourth and fifth grades mixed. We do see the older kids helping the younger and that’s great. It means so much to a younger child to be helped by an older child and it means a lot to the older children to be able to help the younger ones.
**We conclude the day with how to apply what we are learning to our life.
**Shepherds and Station Leaders - There are four “sessions” for the year. Before each session begins you will receive a preview for the next story and station activities.
**By being part of Rotational with these four age groups you will be helping kids to place their trust in God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Needed are Station Leaders, Shepherds and assistants as we prepare to start our seventh year of rotational Sunday School. If you are wondering ?????? read all about it below.

Release Time
Starting in October second through fifth grades have the opportunity to be released from school to attend Release Time. Our community is so fortunate to be able to offer a midweek Christian day education program. Our Release Time program focuses on how spiritual principles apply to daily life. Watch for enrollment forms the first week of school coming home with your child. Forms are returned to school and distributed to the local churches.
